* Individual insurance- $6 to $7 per month.
* Individual plus one dependent- $11 to $13 per month.
* Individual and complete family- $15 to $17 per month.

There may be an enrollment fee just at the time you undertake the coverage for all the plans and it will not be more than $20 to $25.
